Starting therapy will support your healing and find balance and psychological flexibility through a therapeutic process. Whether it is learning more coping skills or arriving to a new insight about ourselves, it is a journey of understanding our life better. Through that journey, we will learn WHEN, WHAT, and HOW to let go or to transform. Exploring what serve us purpose now, even the negative behaviors, can help us understand our past, present and future.
I offer holistic, non-judgmental and insight-oriented therapy. My theoretical orientation includes Mindfulness Based Compassion Focused therapy, trauma-informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I often combine neuroscience with Eastern practices as well. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and Emotional Freedom Techniques (Tapping).
